The Canal Winchester Indians lost 1-0 to Dublin Coffman in the Regional Semifinals in a very intense close game. Although the loss to Coffman was painful, the Indians had one of their best seasons in program history. They won their first district championship and tied the program record for wins, which was set in 1999 with 15 wins.
After going down early 1-0 to Westerville North, the boys didnt give up and scored 3 goals in the second half to capture the boys first district title in the schools history. Tristan Daniels tied the game at 1-1 with a header off a throw by Daltyn Colley with 22 minutes left. Brandon Pfeiffer gave the Indians a lead with a tap in with 13 minutes left. Phillip Kelly finished off the Wildcats with 4 minutes left with a shot outside the box to give the Indians a 3-1 lead.

Trying to claim There first District title, the Indians beat Hilliard Darby 3-1 in the opening round with ease with Zach Barwick, Bailey Butler, and Phillip Kelly scoring all three goals. The boys then moved on to play Olentangy in the District Quarter Finals which they shut out 2-0, Sebastian Duque scored both goals. The Indians face Westerville North October 30th.
